Exchange and Privacy Policies
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or refunds; however, we do allow change of size. If your desired size is no longer available, you may choose another design of the same amount or higher (price discrepancy should be settled before we ship out the replacement). If you would like to exchange your shoes for an alternate size, please e-mail us at tonicbagsshoes@ymail.com with your order number and concern, and we will get back to you as soon as we can!
*No return and exchange for SALE items.
We accept domestic orders for exchange in their original condition within 7 working days of receipt of order. Returned shoes must also include the original shoebox and any packaging that comes with the item. Shoes must be completely unworn. Any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable, and another shipping fee will be charged if you choose to change the item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise. Your returns will be sent back to you at your expense should it not meet the requirements stated above.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any information you provide is confidential and will only be used for order processing and marketing analysis. We will not disclose details to any third-parties without your consent.
