ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing takes about 24 hours -- you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our operation schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM UTC+08:00.

PAYMENT METHODS

Reservation is up to 2 business days only. Kindly settle your payment within the given period to avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation. You may just reorder if your initial order got canceled due to missed payment.

We accept payments via Paypal for credit card and debit card transactions. You may also opt for bank deposits via METROBANK, BDO, and BPI; or payment remittance centers via LBC and Palawan Express.
